Admiring some Fall Scenery

With all the talk about some bad weather approaching, Jerry and I decided to take my Mom out and drive around to see if any of the trees had changed into pretty colors yet. It seemed like it was too early yet. But we were afraid if we waited, the bad weather on the way, would knock down a lot of the leaves. The scenery wasn't all that great but we had a nice drive and did find some 'strange' sightings along the way. And we all enjoyed a delicious lunch at Alberto's in Seymour, when we were done =]

A train car in a yard in Monroe
The tunnel heading to Hamden
A beautiful scene along the Housatonic River in Seymour
A Helicopter in front of the VFW building in Seymour
And the trees outside of Alberto's before going in for lunch =]
